Welcome to OGIBRANDS ("Website", "We", "Our", "Us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our official website OGIBRANDS and the purchase of any products from it. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. LEGAL & BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION

2. PRODUCTS, PRICING & ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Product Classification: OGIBRANDS is a premium streetwear brand specializing in the design, sale, and distribution of oversized t-shirts and related apparel.

  • Right to Modify Prices: We reserve the absolute and unilateral right to change, update, modify, or discontinue the price of any product at any time without prior notice or liability. The final pricing authority rests solely with OGIBRANDS.

  • Incorrect Pricing & System Glitches: While we strive for absolute accuracy, technical glitches or typographical errors may occasionally display an incorrect price on the website. In such cases:

    • OGIBRANDS reserves the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect or erroneous price.

    • If an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, our team will proactively contact the customer via their provided contact details/mobile number to explain the situation.

    • Refund Policy for Pricing Errors: If the customer's payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued after a deduction of 5% from the total amount paid. This 5% deduction covers the non-refundable transaction and processing fees charged by the payment gateway. The remaining 95% of the amount will be credited back to the customer's original mode of payment.

3. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & STOCK AVAILABILITY

  • Prepaid Orders Only: OGIBRANDS operates strictly on a 100% prepaid model. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services. All orders must be fully paid online at the time of checkout.

  • Accepted Payment Modes (Razorpay Gateway): All financial transactions are securely processed through Razorpay. We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.

  • Order Cancellation Due to Out-of-Stock: In rare instances where an item becomes unavailable before the system updates, OGIBRANDS reserves the right to cancel the order.

    • 100% Refund Policy for Inventory Errors: Since an out-of-stock situation is an operational error on our part, the customer will receive a full 100% refund of the total amount paid. No payment gateway fees (5%) or any other deductions will be made in this scenario.

4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Estimated Delivery Timeline: We partner with leading logistics aggregators (including iThink Logistics). Standard delivery generally takes approximately 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are weight-dependent. For parcels weighing between 200 grams to 400 grams (our standard oversized t-shirts), shipping charges range between ₹80 to ₹100, displayed at checkout.

  • Mandatory Telephonic Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, our team will call the customer to verify details and intent. The order will only be dispatched after verbal confirmation over the phone.

  • Cancellation/Mistaken Orders (Pre-Dispatch): If a customer requests a cancellation during the confirmation call (before dispatch), a 5% fee will be deducted from the total amount to cover non-refundable payment gateway transaction charges, and the remaining 95% will be refunded.

5. RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

  • 7-Day Return Window: Customers can initiate a return or replacement request within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will be strictly rejected.

  • Product Condition for Return: The apparel must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused, and in its exact original condition. All brand tags, stickers, and labels must remain intact and attached. Removed tags will disqualify the return immediately.

  • Strict Verification & Deduction Structure: The returned item must exactly match the original product dispatched. Once it passes inspection, our team will call the customer for feedback. The final refund will be credited back after deducting:

    1. The actual Shipping Fees (₹80 to ₹100).

    2. The non-refundable 5% Payment Gateway Transaction Fee.

6. USER CONDUCT, FAIR USE & SIZE CHART

  • Abuse of Return Policy: If a customer orders and returns the exact same product more than three (3) times without a genuine reason, it will be treated as business harassment. OGIBRANDS reserves the right to block the account/phone number and take appropriate legal action.

  • Zero Tolerance for Abuse: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any verbal abuse or harassment directed at our support staff. Violators will face immediate termination of services and a permanent ban.

  • Parental Consent & Size Chart Verification: Minors are strongly advised to seek parental permission before ordering. To avoid unnecessary returns, customers are strictly required to check the official Size Chart on our website before buying. Choosing the wrong size due to negligence leads to preventable shipping deductions.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & AFFILIATE OPPORTUNITY

  • Brand Trademark: The official logo, name, and brand identity of OGIBRANDS are our exclusive intellectual property and cannot be used or copied without written permission.

  • AI-Generated Imagery & Open Designs: We proudly use modern technology. The models displayed in our catalog, product photoshoots, product descriptions, and certain design elements are AI-generated or adapted from curated commercial asset bundles. Other creators or brands are free to use these AI-generated graphics or layouts without copyright claims from us.

  • Affiliate Marketing & Refer-and-Earn Program: Instead of copying our media unauthorized, we invite our community to profit with us under strict performance guidelines:

    • Interested users can contact our team through the official contact info provided on the Website to set up an Affiliate Account.

    • Commission Eligibility: A referral commission will only be generated and paid if the referred order is successfully delivered, accepted by the buyer, and the 7-day return window expires without any return or refund request.

    • No Commission on Returned Orders: If a referred customer returns the product or requests a refund within the 7-day period, the sale stands void, and no commission will be paid to the affiliate under any circumstances.

    • Successful commissions will be securely disbursed via UPI or Bank Transfer after verification by our team.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. 2. उत्पाद, मूल्य निर्धारण और ऑर्डर रद्दीकरण (Products & Pricing)

  • उत्पाद का प्रकार: OGIBRANDS एक प्रीमियम स्ट्रीटवियर ब्रांड है जो ओवरसाइज़्ड टी-शर्ट और संबंधित कपड़ों के डिज़ाइन, बिक्री और वितरण में विशेषज्ञता रखता है।

  • कीमत बदलने का अधिकार: हम बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना या उत्तरदायित्व के किसी भी समय किसी भी उत्पाद की कीमत को बदलने, अपडेट करने, संशोधित करने या बंद करने का पूर्ण अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। मूल्य निर्धारण का अंतिम अधिकार केवल OGIBRANDS के पास है।

  • गलत मूल्य निर्धारण और सिस्टम की खराबी (Incorrect Pricing): हालांकि हम पूर्ण सटीकता के लिए प्रयास करते हैं, कभी-कभी तकनीकी खराबी या टाइपिंग की गलती के कारण वेबसाइट पर गलत कीमत दिखाई दे सकती है। ऐसे मामलों में:

    • OGIBRANDS के पास गलत या त्रुटिपूर्ण मूल्य पर दिए गए किसी भी ऑर्डर को अस्वीकार या रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

    • यदि कीमत की गलती के कारण कोई ऑर्डर रद्द किया जाता है, तो हमारी टीम स्थिति को समझाने के लिए ग्राहक द्वारा दिए गए मोबाइल नंबर पर उनसे संपर्क करेगी।

    • गलत कीमत के लिए रिफंड नीति: यदि रद्द किए गए ऑर्डर के लिए ग्राहक का भुगतान पहले ही हो चुका है, तो कुल भुगतान की गई राशि से 5% की कटौती करने के बाद रिफंड जारी किया जाएगा। यह 5% की कटौती वापस नहीं होगी क्योंकि यह पेमेंट गेटवे द्वारा लगाए गए अनिवार्य ट्रांजैक्शन चार्ज को कवर करती है। शेष 95% राशि ग्राहक के मूल भुगतान मोड में वापस भेज दी जाएगी।

3. ऑर्डर, भुगतान और स्टॉक की उपलब्धता (Orders & Payments)

  • केवल प्रीपेड ऑर्डर: OGIBRANDS पूरी तरह से 100% प्रीपेड मॉडल पर काम करता है। हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में कैश ऑन डिलीवरी (COD) की सेवा नहीं देते हैं। ऑर्डर पूरा करने के लिए चेकआउट के समय ऑनलाइन पूरा भुगतान करना अनिवार्य है।

  • स्वीकृत भुगतान मोड (Razorpay): वेबसाइट पर सभी वित्तीय लेनदेन Razorpay पेमेंट गेटवे के माध्यम से सुरक्षित रूप से संसाधित किए जाते हैं। हम UPI, क्रेडिट/डेबिट कार्ड और नेट बैंकिंग के माध्यम से भुगतान स्वीकार करते हैं।

  • स्टॉक खत्म होने पर ऑर्डर रद्दीकरण (Out of Stock): दुर्लभ मामलों में जहां सिस्टम अपडेट होने से पहले कोई उत्पाद समाप्त (Out of Stock) हो जाता है, OGIBRANDS के पास ऑर्डर रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

    • स्टॉक त्रुटियों के लिए 100% रिफंड नीति: चूंकि स्टॉक खत्म होने की स्थिति हमारी ओर से एक परिचालन गलती है, इसलिए ग्राहक को भुगतान की गई कुल राशि का पूरा 100% रिफंड मिलेगा। इस विशिष्ट मामले में कोई पेमेंट गेटवे शुल्क (5%) या कोई अन्य कटौती नहीं की जाएगी।

4. शिपिंग, डिलीवरी और ऑर्डर पुष्टिकरण (Shipping & Delivery)

  • अनुमानित डिलीवरी का समय: हम डिलीवरी के लिए प्रमुख लॉजिस्टिक्स पार्टनर्स (जिसमें iThink Logistics शामिल है) का उपयोग करते हैं। डिलीवरी में आमतौर पर प्रेषण (dispatch) की तारीख से लगभग 7 कार्य दिवस (Working Days) का समय लगता है।

  • शिपिंग शुल्क: शिपिंग शुल्क पार्सल के वजन पर निर्भर करता है। चूंकि हमारी ओवरसाइज़्ड टी-शर्ट का वजन लगभग 200 ग्राम से 400 ग्राम के बीच होता है, इसलिए मानक शिपिंग शुल्क ₹80 से ₹100 के बीच होगा, जो चेकआउट के समय दिखाई देगा।

  • अनिवार्य टेलीफोनिक ऑर्डर पुष्टिकरण (Confirmation Call): ऑर्डर दिए जाने के बाद, हमारी टीम विवरण और ग्राहक की इच्छा को सत्यापित करने के लिए ग्राहक को कॉल करेगी। फोन पर ग्राहक से पुष्टि मिलने के बाद ही ऑर्डर को डिलीवरी के लिए भेजा जाएगा।

  • गलती से हुए ऑर्डर (Pre-Dispatch Cancellation): यदि कोई ग्राहक पुष्टिकरण कॉल के दौरान (डिलीवरी पर निकलने से पहले) सूचित करता है कि उन्होंने गलती से ऑर्डर दिया है या वे इसे रद्द करना चाहते हैं, तो पेमेंट गेटवे के ट्रांजैक्शन चार्ज के कारण कुल राशि से 5% शुल्क काट लिया जाएगा, और शेष 95% राशि रिफंड कर दी जाएगी।

5. वापसी, प्रतिस्थापन और धनवापसी नीति (Return & Refund)

  • 7 दिनों की रिटर्न विंडो: ग्राहक डिलीवरी की तारीख से 7 कैलेंडर दिनों के भीतर रिटर्न या रिप्लेसमेंट का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं। 7 दिन पूरे होने के बाद किए गए किसी भी अनुरोध को सख्ती से खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।

  • रिटर्न के लिए उत्पाद की स्थिति: रिटर्न स्वीकार होने के लिए कपड़ों का बिना धुला, बिना पहना, अप्रयुक्त (unused) और अपनी मूल स्थिति में होना अनिवार्य है।

    • उत्पाद के साथ आए सभी मूल पैकेजिंग, ब्रांड टैग, स्टिकर और लेबल बरकरार और जुड़े होने चाहिए। टैग हटाने को इस बात का पुख्ता सबूत माना जाएगा कि उत्पाद का उपयोग ग्राहक द्वारा किया गया है, और रिटर्न अनुरोध तुरंत खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।

  • सख्त सत्यापन (Strict Verification): हमारे गोदाम में रिटर्न पैकेट प्राप्त होने पर, हमारी टीम जांच करेगी। रिफंड केवल तभी दिया जाएगा जब लौटाया गया उत्पाद OGIBRANDS द्वारा भेजे गए मूल उत्पाद से पूरी तरह मेल खाता हो। यदि कोई ग्राहक गलत या धोखाधड़ी वाला उत्पाद लौटाता है, तो रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।

  • कटौती और रिफंड संरचना: उत्पाद जांच में पास होने के बाद, हमारी टीम फीडबैक के लिए ग्राहक को कॉल करेगी। अंतिम रिफंड की गणना निम्नलिखित को घटाकर की जाएगी:

    1. वास्तविक शिपिंग शुल्क (₹80 से ₹100)।

    2. नॉन-रिफंडेबल 5% पेमेंट गेटवे ट्रांजैक्शन शुल्क।

6. उपयोगकर्ता आचरण, उचित उपयोग और साइज चार्ट (User Conduct)

  • रिटर्न नीति का दुरुपयोग: यदि कोई ग्राहक बिना किसी उचित कारण के एक ही उत्पाद को तीन (3) बार से अधिक ऑर्डर और रिटर्न करता है, तो इसे व्यवसाय को परेशान करने का प्रयास माना जाएगा। OGIBRANDS के पास उस खाते/फोन नंबर को स्थायी रूप से ब्लॉक करने और कानूनी कार्रवाई करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

  • दुर्व्यवहार के लिए शून्य सहनशीलता (Zero Tolerance): हमारी सहायता टीम के साथ किसी भी प्रकार के दुर्व्यवहार, गाली-गलौज या धमकी देने वाले उपयोगकर्ताओं की सेवाओं को तुरंत समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा और वेबसाइट पर स्थायी प्रतिबंध लगा दिया जाएगा।

  • माता-पिता की सहमति और साइज चार्ट सत्यापन: नाबालिगों (18 वर्ष से कम) को ऑर्डर देने से पहले अपने माता-पिता की स्पष्ट अनुमति लेने की सलाह दी जाती है। अनावश्यक रिटर्न से बचने के लिए, ग्राहकों को ऑर्डर देने से पहले हमारी वेबसाइट पर अपलोड किए गए आधिकारिक साइज चार्ट (Size Chart) को देखना अनिवार्य है। लापरवाही के कारण गलत साइज चुनने पर शिपिंग और गेटवे शुल्क की कटौती ग्राहक को ही वहन करनी होगी।

7. बौद्धिक संपदा और संबद्ध अवसर (Intellectual Property & Affiliate)

  • ब्रांड ट्रेडमार्क: OGIBRANDS का आधिकारिक लोगो, नाम और ब्रांड पहचान हमारी विशेष बौद्धिक संपदा (Property) हैं और लिखित अनुमति के बिना इसका उपयोग या प्रतिलिपि नहीं बनाई जा सकती है।

  • एआई-जेनरेटेड इमेजरी और ओपन डिज़ाइन्स: हम आधुनिक तकनीक का उपयोग करते हैं। हमारे कैटलॉग में दिखाए गए मॉडल, उत्पाद फ़ोटोशूट, उत्पाद विवरण और कुछ डिज़ाइन्स एआई (AI) द्वारा जनरेटेड हैं या कमर्शियल बंडल से लिए गए हैं। इसलिए, यदि कोई अन्य ब्रांड या व्यक्ति हमारे डिज़ाइन्स या मॉडल की तस्वीरों का उपयोग करता है, तो हम उन पर कोई कॉपीराइट दावा नहीं करेंगे।

  • अफ़िलिएट मार्केटिंग और रेफर-एंड-अर्न प्रोग्राम: हमारी मीडिया को अनधिकृत रूप से कॉपी करने के बजाय, हम अपने समुदाय को हमारे साथ कमाने का अवसर देते हैं:

    • इच्छुक उपयोगकर्ता अफ़िलिएट अकाउंट सेट करने के लिए वेबसाइट पर दिए गए संपर्क विवरण के माध्यम से हमारी टीम से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

    • रिटर्न ऑर्डर पर कोई कमीशन नहीं: यदि कोई रेफ़र किया गया ग्राहक 7 दिनों के भीतर उत्पाद वापस कर देता है या रिफंड का अनुरोध करता है, तो वह बिक्री अमान्य मानी जाएगी और किसी भी परिस्थिति में अफ़िलिएट को कोई कमीशन नहीं दिया जाएगा।

    • सफल कमीशन हमारी टीम द्वारा सत्यापन के बाद UPI या बैंक ट्रांसफर के माध्यम से सुरक्षित रूप से भेज दिए जाएंगे।

8. नियमों में बदलाव (Changes to Terms)

हम बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी समय इन नियमों और शर्तों को अपडेट या संशोधित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। अपडेट के लिए समय-समय पर इस पेज की समीक्षा करना उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारी है।
